The Greater Birmingham Auburn Club welcomed Auburn head coach Tommy Tuberville, Aubie, cheerleaders, Tiger Paws and members of the AU marching band to a pep rally atmosphere at the McWane Center in downtown Birmingham on Wednesday night, July 23rd for their annual Fall Kickoff Party.
Club President Beau Byrd welcomed a capacity crowd to the special events area of the McWane Center. Auburn fans of all ages met with Coach Tuberville, had pictures made with Aubie, joined in on familiar cheers and listened to updates from Auburn. Vice President of Alumni Affairs Debbie Shaw, Dean of Auburn University College of Agriculture Richard Guthrie and Head Football Coach Tommy Tuberville were just a few of the featured speakers.

The Atlanta Auburn Club has officially kicked off the 2008 Auburn Football season for the thousands of Auburn alumni, fans, and supporters in the metro Atlanta area. The club held it’s kickoff event at the Cobb Galleria Convention Center on Tuesday, July 15th. Club President Kathleen Saal along with the rest of the Atlanta Auburn Club welcomed Auburn Universiy president Jay Gogue, head football coach Tommy Tuberville, the Auburn Cheerleaders and Aubie.
Tiger Rags, the Official WebStore of the Auburn Alumni Association, had the opportunity to be on hand with some of our newest t-shirt designs as well as other Auburn souvenirs.
