Shipping

  • Which carriers do you use to ship orders?
    Our preferred method of shipment is US Postal Service Priority Mail. It usually costs you less than UPS Ground. It frequently costs little more than First Class Mail, with a much quicker delivery time. Priority Mail delivers in 1 to 3 days to almost all domestic locations, whereas First Class Mail delivery generally ranges from 3 to 14 days to domestic locations. We also ship via United Parcel Service. UPS requires a street address for delivery. If at all possible, please provide an address where a recipient is available during the day. UPS rates are based on the delivery address Zip Code and weight of the package.

  • When can I expect delivery with US Postal Service?
    USPS First Class Mail may take as long as 2 weeks to reach you and cannot be used on anything weighing 13 ounces or more. USPS Priority Mail is a 1 to 3 day delivery service to most domestic locations. (For most Alabama and West Central Georgia addresses, it is usually a one-day delivery. This is the best bang for your shipping buck since the cost is usually little more than First Class.) USPS Express Mail is often – but not guaranteed – next day delivery service.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?
    Tiger Rags Return Policy: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Only an in-store credit will be given for merchandise returned without the original sales receipt (packing list for online returns). Credit will reflect current sale price of the item without receipt. All merchandise returned must be in new and resalable condition. Type of refund will be based on the original method of payment. Purchases made with a check (in-store only) are subject to a five day waiting period. Only an in-store credit or exchange will be given for merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase. However, NO returns or exchances will be accepted after 60 days. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON GAMESHIRTS, SCORESHIRTS, OR FINAL SALE ITEMS. Final sale items include any item that is discounted at a rate of 50% or higher at the time of purchase. We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on defective merchandise within 60 days of purchase. All returns are subject to management's approval and internet returns are subject to the same in-store return policy conditions. Be sure to include a copy of the sales receipt/packing list, a note requesting a refund and a self addressed stamped envelope if you'd like us to mail the credit receipt back to you.
  • Can I exchange merchandise purchased online?
    Please call us before you mail anything back to us so that we can reserve the correct item for you. Send your item to Tiger Rags Exchanges, 138 South Gay Street, Auburn, AL 36830. Be sure to include a copy of the sales receipt and invoice, a note requesting the exchange and a self addressed stamped envelope bearing the amount of postage required to send the item you want to you. We may be able to help you determine that amount when you call. This will assure a speedy turnaround on your exchange. USPS Priority Mail envelopes and boxes may be obtained at no charge at your local Post Office. This is usually the most efficient packaging solution for exchanges. Store Hours & Information

  • What are your store hours?
    Tiger Rags retail store is open Monday-Saturday from 8:30am until 6pm central time. The office hours for TigerRags.com as well as our screen printing and art departments are from 8am until 5pm central time. During Football Season we're open on "HomeGame" Sundays from 10am - 6pm. Thurs and Fridays during Football Season we're open from 8:30am - 8pm.
