Where has Tiger Rags moved to?

We're now located at 1625 East University Drive, across from Auburn High School's Duck Samford Stadium on the corner of East University and Glenn Ave.

Can I park at the new Tiger Rags location during games this year?

No, but when you're done shopping you can drive your car right around the block to Airport Road and catch a ride on the Tiger Transit to the game from the Duck Samford Baseball Parking lot across the street.

Where is my order?

Check your email to see if there is an order confirmation, paypal receipt, or tracking info. If not you can always give us a call at 1-800-288-4437 or 334-887-7781 and we'll be happy to check on it for you.

When will my order ship out?

Usually your order will ship the same day. We don't usually ship on Saturdays or Sundays. We try to ship out the same day, but if you order comes to us after 3pm CT there's a good chance it will go out with the next days mail.

How long will it take to get my order after I order it?

Depends. If you are in Alabama and you order First Class, always less than 5 days. Outside of Alabama 7-10 for First Class. If you order Priority Mail in Alabama you're looking at 1-2 days. Outside of Alabama 3-5 days. If you order UPS then you can basically select how you want it shipped. Also, feel free to call us and someone in our retail or e-commerce dept can estimate how long it will take.

How do I use my True Blue membership online?

One you've added your items to your shopping cart there is a form on the shopping cart page where you can add your card number. Your card number will be located in the upper right hand side of the card.

How do I use my Alumni membership online?

Same as the True Blue membership. On the shopping cart page there is an area for you to type the number.

How do I return an item?

Give us a call first if you have any questions. Also, you can just send it back to us, but make sure that you include your name, phone number and a copy of your order if you have it.

How do I exchange an item?

Same as a return. Please, include your name, phone number and a copy of your order if you have it. Also, let us know what item you'd like in exchange for the one sent back.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

I want to pick up my order when I'm in town for the game.

That's no problem. Just select "In Store Pickup" under the shipping options on the payment / shipping page. Just stop by and we'll have it waiting for you so you can grab it and go, or stay and look around.

The item I want is not listed on your website.

Come in the store and use it like a credit card, phone your order into the store, or get all your items in your cart online and then call us at -800-288-4437 or 334-887-7781.
